EATON FAIR SHOPPING CENTRE “WIN A CAR” COMPETITION TERMS AND . . . CONDITIONS These terms and conditions are applicable to the “Win a Car” competition conducted by Eaton Fair Pty Ltd (ACN 638 021 173) (Eaton Fair Shopping Centre) and any associated company or nominee of Eaton Fair Pty Ltd. There will only be one Prize described as a Chery Omoda 5 SUV vehicle. The Winner will be able to choose the colour of the vehicle subject to availability of stock. The Prize includes vehicle licence duty (stamp duty) and 6 month’s vehicle registration which will be paid by Chery Bunbury. Any vehicle transfer fees will be payable by the Winner. The Prize does not include vehicle insurance.
