AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES (ATMS)

Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) facilities for ANZ, Bank West, Commonwealth Bank, NAB and Westpac, are available outside the centre, next to the Terry White Chemist.

BIKE RACKS

Customer bike racks are located at all of the entrances to the shopping centre.

Bus routes 844 and 845 frequent Eaton Fair Shopping Centre, with timetables available from the Customer Service Office or from the TransBunbury InfoLine 13 62 13. transregional.wa.gov.au

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE

The Customer Service Office is located near the ATM’s at the main car park.
Open between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Security foot patrol are also on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week a and are available for assistance if required 0407 912 966.

DEFIBRILLATOR

Eaton Fair Shopping Centre has a defibrillator available in the Customer Service Office (located on the outside of the centre next to the ATMs). For further information please contact the Customer Service Office on (08) 9725 0716, or security on 0407 912 966 if outside hours.

FREE IN CENTRE WIFI

All of our customers are able to use our in-centre wireless internet service on their computers, tablets and phones completely free of charge. There is no password, you just need device with WIFI capabilities and to accept the terms and conditions of use. Contact the Customer Service Office on (08) 9725 0716 for assistance if required.

FREE WHEELCHAIR LOAN

Eaton Fair Shopping Centre has two wheelchairs available for use upon request. Wheelchairs are able to be booked ahead of time by calling the Customer Service Office on (08) 9725 0716 or on a first come, first served basis with Security on 0407 912 966.

GENERAL PARKING

Eaton Fair Shopping Centre has over 1,300 car bays, including:
Ample bays on the ground level, including disabled and parenting bays close to major entrances Upper deck car parking with easy access into the centre via travelators. This is accessible via a ramp on Council Drive from the ground car park opposite Hungry Jacks.
Dedicated Motor Cycle bays can be found in the town square precinct off Council Drive and in front of the Coffee Club entrance.

GOPHER CHARGING STATIONS

A Gopher Charging Station is located at the front of the centre near the Coffee Club entrance. Please contact the Customer Service Office (08) 9725 0716 for assistance with the charging station.

LOST PROPERTY

Any lost property should be handed to the Customer Service Office, located outside the centre near the ATM’s. After hours, please hand lost property to the Customer Service Staff at Coles or Security.

PARENTING ROOM

Parenting Rooms include children’s and parent’s toilets, private cubicles, change table and microwave facilities.

Post office Services

Australia Post bags and stamps can be purchased at Eaton Fair Newsagency (near Woolworths) and standard mail can be posted at the red post box near the ATM’s.

Public Toilets

Eaton Fair Shopping Centre has two sets of public toilets. The western toilet facilities are located at the base of the travelator closest to Sports Power, while the eastern toilet facilities are located at the bast of the travelators closest to the Coles/Flight Centre entrance.

Public Telephones

A public telephone is available for use at the main ground level car park near the ATM’s.

A taxi rank is located on the northern aspect of the centre near the Hog’s Breath Restaurant. Free call Bunbury Taxi Service on 131 008.
