🚧 March Development Update – The Next Level Is Here!

The Eaton Fair expansion has taken another major step forward this month — we’ve officially reached the next level.

More of the ground floor walls and slabs have now been poured, and in one of the biggest milestones so far, the first section of the upper deck car park slab is now complete. This marks the beginning of the upper level structure and opens the door for the next stage of construction.

As more of the upper deck takes shape, it will include a heap of additional car bays – there will be almost 500 more bays across the expanded centre.

A significant portion of the new parking will be covered by solar panels, helping shade vehicles from the South West sun while generating energy to help power the shops and businesses within the centre.

Looking ahead, Eaton Fair is also proposed to include a large 4MW private battery system, allowing the centre to store this energy and use it during peak periods.

With construction momentum continuing to build, the Eaton Fair expansion is truly starting to transform the skyline.
